Hiring Process Explained
1. Document Review
Submit your application with work portfolios(if any). And have a short conversation with our AI assistant so we can understand you better.
2. Online Interview
Our team will reach out to you with the results within 2-4 weeks after receiving the application. Please expect to have up to 2-3 rounds of interviews.
3. 6-12 Month Contract Pilot
We will work together for a 6- to 12-month initial term, with full-time transition based on the successful delivery of outcomes.

Inflation-Protected Base Salary
We provide annual base salaries that are adjusted based on the local inflation rate up to 10%, to cover basic expenses.
Cash Bonus
We offer uncapped, performance-based cash bonuses tied to clearly defined outcomes through transparent evaluation criteria.
Equity Shares
We believe everyone on the team should share in the upside they help create. Every new hire receives equity grants from day one.
401(K) Account
We provide a defined contribution plan with a 401(K) account for retirement and free access to our paid service.
Insurance Allowance
We provide an Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement(ICHRA) for eligible insurance purchases up to USD 6,000.
Paid Leave
We ensure our team members are healthy to contribute their best at work. We offer total 15 paid leave per year(5 sick leave + 10 annual leave)
Global Remote
We work remotely with global team members. Nonetheless, a few times a year, we would get together in-person.

Careers Position
No surprises, just long-term alignment. We typically post our roles 3 to 6 months before an official hire so you have plenty of time to prepare. Great things take time to build.
