Hiring Process Explained

1. Document Review

Please fill out the interview questions and submit the application form.

2. Online Interview

Our team will reach out to you for the results within 2-4 weeks after received the application.

3. Pilot Cooperation

We will work with a paid pilot project together for 1-6 months before the full-time offer.

Global Remote

We work remotely with global team members. Nonetheless, a few times a year, we would get together in-person.

Flexible Hours

We are outcome-oriented startups. As long as there are no ethical concerns or legal issues, we are flexible on how to work.

Reimburse

We provide expense-based reimbursement on physical and mental health, advanced learning training. The amount up to 2,000USD(inflation adjusted).

401(K) Account

We provide define contribution plan with a 401(K) account for retirement and free access to our paid service.

Paid Leave

We ensure our team members are health to contribute their best at work. We offer 25 days paid leave per year.

Inflation-Protected Salary

We provide annual salary that are adjusted based on inflation rate up to 10%.
