We increase the net-zero goal success rate by supporting people who take climate action with solid personal finance.
As individuals, we are our customers and the beneficiaries. This will ensure the net-zero transition market demands as most voluntary climate solutions proposed by climate tech startups lack long-term financial support from customers.
Climate change is a dynamically complex problem that seems like a tarpit idea for startup founders.
However, it is a growing, urgent global problem that will increase the number of irreversible disasters if we don’t take action now. If this is something that you are interested in, we are happy to talk with you.
Role Description
Legal Risk Strategy, Lawsuit Protection, Contract management
This is a full-time remote role for a XX.

The experience and knowledge above will help us build our first minimal viable product. As our startup evolves, you will cooperate with the core founder team to decide the job responsibilities of various works, such as IT strategy, Notion internal operation system, cyber security policy, green IT infrastructure development, cloud service SaaS, API/SDK integration & automation, privacy protection, quality assurance, quality control, product development, project management, feature prioritization, software architecture, quality assurance, software reliability testing, and fintech regulation.

Onboarding Process
The onboarding general experience will look like the following:
In the first 1-3months
- Onboard and meet with co-founders in the team
- Co-create Optivide impact business model
- Working closely with the different job responsibilities
In the first 4-6 months
- Buildup Foundation for Future Development
- Validate customers’ needs with fast MVP iteration.
- Workload distribution with different OKRs
In the first 7-12 months
- Develop SOP for the internal workspace operation.
- Improve service quality with a higher customer retention rate.
- Build strong partnerships relationships in the USA, EU, and UK.
Commitment & Compensation
The equal cash commitment will set the foundation for later equity share negotiation.
As a co-founder, the compensation should not be your primary joining driver. However, we do provide minimal expense compensation at the early stage.
Transition Phase
- Expense Compensation with XX00USD/month
- Equity Negotiation will start before we enter into the core founder phase.
Core Founder Phase
- Before Fundraising: Expense Compensation with XX00USD/month
- Fundraising Before Operational Breakeven: XX00-XX00USD/month full salary package (Based on founder's situation)
- Fundraising After Operational Breakeven: XX00-XX00USD/month full salary package (Based on founder's situation)
